Health Post: Blue Cow Yoga 30-Day Summer Body Challenge 1

Lose weight, tone-up and get fit!

Blue Cow Yoga, London’s first yoga studio and spa in the city, today launched its 30-Day Summer Body Challenge.

The challenge invites members (like me) to participate in some form of exercise every day for thirty days, with the aim of meeting pre-determined goals (which we all will set personally with expert help) to get in shape for summer.

I’ll be documenting my experience here.

I’m a bit nervous about the weekly weigh-ins, but hopefully the diet advice will help!

Can’t wait for my personalized exercise programme – AND no one else in London offers unlimited yoga and Pilates with ‘Blue Cow Bootcamp’ on Saturday afternoons! Ouuuch – but hell yeah!… and with some time to recover after Friday night mojitos!

I’ll also be joining the ‘Blue Cow Running’ club, so to treat myself to all this hard work, pre my annual trip to Amsterdam and a surfing holiday in Bude at the end of this month, I will be hitting up Sweaty Betty for sexy, stylish, kit.

I’ll be dowward-doggin and boxercising like the best dressed of all yoga bunnies! Who’s with me?! Just head to Bank next Wednesday.
